Services for the Blind or Visually Impaired

The Wolfner Library is located in Jefferson City, Missouri, and helps get books and other materials for the visually impaired. They allow people who are blind and other print-disabled to loan library materials. The National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled (NLS) has a website that can be download called Braille and Audio Reading Download (BARD) that provided access to NLS braille and audiobooks, magazines, and music scores. People must be a patron of NLS to sign up for BARD. The program is free for any person that falls within the requirements.
